Therefore, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

    Please include your contact details, order number, and attach clear photos or videos of any defects or damage.

  • Return shipping: once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back.

    Please ensure that the returned products are in perfect condition and meet all return requirements.

  • Shipping costs: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

  • Proof of shipment: don’t forget to send us proof of shipment by email, preferably by replying to the previous contact email.

 


 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 


If a product is damaged upon arrival, we will offer you a free replacement.

Please make sure to send a photo or video clearly showing the damage.
